Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, you can return it and make an exchange for another one in our store. Exchanges are accepted following the next steps:

• D'Wave Boutique ONLY gives store credit.
• Send us a Return Request via dwaveboutique@gmail.com explaining the reason of the return. We will evaluate the conditions before approving the return. 
• Exchanges are accepted after 15 labor days of receiving the product.
• Products have to be in the original conditions. 
• Items must have all labels/tags and have not been used. If the items have been used, they will be send back to you. 
• The customers are responsible of the shipping costs of the returned item.
• Items that have been in SALE cannot be returned.
